But the Favorites that are in Outlook on the Desktop are also visible in Outlook Web Access (OWA). Favorites added to Outlook on the Desktop don't show up on the Laptop. With an Exchange E-mail account, the Favorites should sync between both computers, but that's not happening either. The Favorites on her Desktop do not disappear. They did appear initially, but after a few seconds, I watched them disappear - one at a time. I added her Inbox and Sent Items folders to Favorites, and they stayed there until Outlook was restarted.
Her problem is that the Favorites she adds in Outlook on the laptop disappear after Outlook is closed and started again.

Her E-mail account is on Hosted Exchange 2019 (configured in Outlook using Cached Exchange Mode), and the Outlook client is using Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft 365 MSO (8.20262) 64-Bit. I have a client running Outlook on a Desktop and Laptop.
